What did you do last weekend?

The chances are if you are already an Air Cadet you could have been doing things that others only dream about. Opportunities for real experience in flying, shooting, adventurous training and camps, competitive sports, drill, shooting and music, provide plenty of challenges which are fun and educational.

So if you think you would like new challenges and be part of something special, please read on….

The Air Cadets is a UK-wide youth organisation sponsored by the Royal Air Force for young people from school year 8, aged between 12 and 20 years.

649 (Dursley) Squadron is one of the oldest Squadrons having been formed on 5th February 1941. We are located in Dursley and parade twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

As an active squadron we do our best to provide cadets with excellent opportunities to gain a wide variety of skills and confidence. Both of these attributes are highly valued by employers.

So if you are ready for a challenge please click here to find out how to join.
